TY students. Develop Me specialises in team building workshops. To be able to deliver a team building workshop in a safe manner in the current climate is a testament to the professionalism of Ger & his team. The workshop encourages leadership & cooperation between individuals, small groups and a larger group. The importance of the team collective and each individual pulling his weight is obvious to all students after this session
