The power and authority of the Board of Management (BOM) is assigned by the Trustee through the Articles of Association of the BOM.

The BOM is responsible for the conduct, management and financial administration of the school under the supervision and control of the Trustee and in accordance with the Catholic ethos.

The BOM fulfils its role of ensuring the curriculum of the school is in accordance with the religious and educational criteria defined by the Trustee. The BOM similarly fulfils its role both in the appointment of teachers and in ensuring the school communicates with parents.
